GDCC Junior Cricket Training Hot Weather Policy
If on the day of training the official Bureau of Meteorology's forecast at 2pm is 38C or higher at the Adelaide Airport weather station, junior training will be called off and parents notified via SMS using the My Cricket communication tool.
Regardless of the weather, if notification has not been received, it is strongly recommended on all training days for parents to ensure training is on Gliderol Stadium by accompanying their child to the training area.
If training has been called off, for whatever reason, then the Team Manager/Coach on duty at the nets will advise parents.

'The Art of Scoring'
GDCC is proud to be associated with Westminster School and to assist their commitment to the school-club pathway.
At Westminster, their model is a dual-commitment school-club sports pathway, with the aim of creating community links to sports clubs with an excellent culture who are receptive to the school-club sport relationship. Their expectation is that school sport commitments are made as a priority should there be a school-club clash issue, but their vision is that children should be able to combine both.
