SA State Under 15 Representatives Going to Hobart
An unprecedented six Glenelg zoned juniors have been chosen by SACA in the 13-player South Australian Under 15 state side participating in the National Under 15 Carnival to be held in Hobart over February-25 to March-03.
The players selected are Matthew Allen (Mt Gambier), Chris Broad, Damon Kerr, Ben Millman, Patrick Page Jnr (Mt Gambier) & Jake Winter.

Hot Weather Policy
If on the day of training the official Bureau of Meterology's forecast as at 8am is 38C or higher, junior training will be called off.

Regardless of the weather it is strongly
recommended on all training days for parents to ensure training is on at Gliderol Stadium by accompanying their child to the training net area (north-east corner of the oval). If training has been called off on the day, for whatever reason, then the Training Manager or Coach on-duty at the nets will advise parents.
The future of the Glenelg District Cricket Club, as with any club, lies in the hands of the junior players and coaches. To ensure continued strength and success, the club must continue to foster and encourage the development of its junior players.
Everyone involved at junior level must see the larger picture and take pride in seeing a junior player go on and succeed at the senior level even though this may affect the success of a junior team. Read more...
